You’re never too old to fall in love, but you may be too crazy. Come see how the lives of two people can be changed over the course of one night in this romantic comedy by Terrance McNally.

The play focuses on two lonely, middle aged people whose first date ends with them tumbling into bed. Johnny is certain he has found his soul mate in Frankie. She, on the other hand, is far more cautious and disinclined to jump to conclusions. As the night unfolds, they slowly begin to reveal themselves to each other as they take tentative steps towards the possible start of a new relationship.

Due to the content, the University is requiring us to card everyone coming to see the show to make sure they are either Penn State students or 18 years old. If you plan on coming to any of the shows PLEASE make sure to bring either your PSU ID or some form of ID with your age, otherwise we can’t let you in.

Not a bad way to make my NRT stage debut, haha…

After reading the Collegian article I am convinced that Frankie is the correct name for your character. I think you know why. Except the whole having sex thing doesn’t quite fit with that scenario! But it does if you try not to….

  2. rhiannon says:

Maybe Johnny kept pushing and pushing for the sex and Frankie finally gave in just the one time.

On another note, I look like I have a claw on my index finger, ready to jab it in his neck…
